This plain weave is heavier than standard quilting broadcloth, but still so soft and easy to work with that it is totally appropriate for quilting projects. This fabric washes and irons nicely and is also a great ingredient for dresses, decorative pillows, aprons, handbags (you may want interfacing for extra poof), and lounge pants.
